Mechanical Design

the drive design is a modular 4-wheel drive system, which Gears as a form of power
transmission. The Plastic motor mount is printed in ABS plastic using a FDM 3d printer and the wheels and Gears are printed using a SLA process

PCB Design

The PCB used for the showcase remained the same as the proposal, however the SMD
pads were fragile and the where damaged during testing. Future improvements would
include through hole connectors as replacements, and the SMD components would be
better protected with a simple 3d-printed housing.
